Project Description

Toser Vini

VINIFICATION

The Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes undergo separate vinification, in order to respect their varietal characteristics to the full. Once the two wines are obtained they are assembled together in a single mass, ensuring the particular features of each are respected and their quality enhanced. The vinification process consists of crushing the skins and fermenting at a controlled temperature; the aim of these operations is to preserve and respect the fragrances and primary aromas of the fruit. Prior to bottling, the wine undergoes the standard clarifying, stabilising and filtering operations.

TASTING NOTES

A white wine with greenish tinges, considered a superb aperitif because of its floral aroma and characteristic flavour.
