Verduzzo IGT

VINIFICATION

The Verduzzo grapes are harvested in late September. The must that is obtained from a soft- crushing process is immediately separated from the pomace before being cleaned and left to ferment in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 17°C. After racking and clarifying, the wine is filtered and subjected to cold-stabilisation before bottling.

TASTING NOTES

A wine with a distinctive character, a light backbone and texture and a pleasant, crisp, dry flavour.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Superb if served with cold appetizers, Italian-style risottos and sea-food . Ideal partner of egg&asparagus-based dishes.
