Project Description

Toser Vini

VINIFICATION

The Verduzzo grapes are harvested at the end of September; among white grape varieties it is one of the latest to mature. The grapes then undergo softpressing, and the must obtained is immediately separated from the pomace, before being cleaned and left to ferment in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 17°C. After racking and clarifying, the wine undergoes a second fermentation process in pressure tanks, where sparkling takes place. It is then filtered and cold-stabilised prior to bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow in colour, with a greenish tinge, the second Charmat-method fermentation gives this Verduzzo a well-developed, delicate fragrance, with fruity notes reminiscent of apple and pear. Agreeable, extremely palatable flavour.
