VINIFICATION

The vinification process begins with a careful blend of Trebbiano and Verduzzo. Once a suitable cuvée has been achieved it is then clarified and filtered. The superb end result is obtained thanks to the use of selected varietal yeasts and the constant checks carried out on the temperature and length of the fermentation process. Once the vinification operations are complete, the wine is filtered before bottling.

TASTING NOTES

An early-drinking wine, with an unmistakable aroma and a soft, velvety taste.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Excellent to serve with low-fat appetizers, white meat dishes and steamed fish.
