This velvety sparkling wine is the result of a careful and meticulous vinification of fine white grapes, carried out in full respect of tradition and aimed at preserving all of their authentic, typical features. The must obtained by softcrushing grapes is cooled, cleaned and left to ferment at a temperature no higher than 17 C°. After this stage the wine is racked and then left at rest in steel vessels. The sparkling process is performed by carbon dioxide addition.
Pale straw-yellow in colour, with greenish tinges and a lively, fragrant perlage. Pleasantly-amabile floral and fruity notes caress the palate in the company of a well-balanced acidulous touch.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
This wine magnificently matches with low-fat italian starters and seafood. In view of its significant sugary content it is an ideal partner of cakes and fine patisserie.
